BRAZIL BOUND - ESCAPE PLAN & ROUTE

Adolf needed a faithful following to help him pull off the impossible. He would need to form a special group, if Joseph Mengele's plan was to stand any chance of success, a massive smuggling operation. The 'Circle of Six' was born. Then, they formulated an escape plan, to relocate $billions of dollars of gold bullion to Manaus via Argentina, to fund DNA research, in the quest for an Aryan master race.

WORLD WAR TWO, GERMANY

The most trusted of Adolf Hitler's high command, the Inner Circle of Six, had arranged that selected scientists were ferried out of a doomed situation to carry forward the Aryan ideals that led to World War Two, and the demise of Nazi Germany. So successfully planting the seeds of a deemed Fourth Reich in South America, where those seeds might again blossom.

Their plan was far more subtle, the brainchild of Josef Mengele, anthropologist and medical doctor. Realizing that brute force is no longer a viable option in a global community dependent on trade, energy and food security, they employed technology to infiltrate positions of power, to work from within the ranks of corrupt politicians. Counting on continued dishonesty and empire building aspirations, far removed from the UN's sustainability development goals, to help them bribe and otherwise ensnare the unwary.

With the divine guidance of Anubis and Isis, Hitler felt compelled to act. His inner circle secretly organized the exfiltration of a select group of scientists, sending them to safe havens in Argentina and Brazil. These scientists, carrying with them the fruits of their horrific experiments, would one day contribute to the advancement of medicine and technology.

As the war raged on, the divine plan unfolded. The Allied forces, aided by the unseen hand of fate, achieved victory. The Nazi regime collapsed, and its leaders faced justice for their crimes.

With the help of Nazi intelligence, a clandestine network was established to facilitate the escape. Scientists, carrying with them their research and experimental data, were smuggled out of Europe and into the vast expanse of South America.

They were to be provided with the necessary resources and protection, allowing them to continue their work in relative peace. Gold bullion, diamonds and other precious gemstones, readily tradable and transportable goods totalling $billions of dollars were to be stashed in secure vaults, for forward investment and operational overheads. 

CLOSING IN ON ALL SIDES

The Circle of Six consisted of: Erwin Rommel, Hermann Goring, Joseph Mengele, Karl Donitz, Martin Borman, and Adolf Hitler. Other prominent Nazi officers were not included. Most notably, Hienrich Himmler, Phillip Bouhler, Adolph Eichmann, Rudolp Hess and Albert Speer. Leaving Mengele with at least some hope of a cleaner scientific break.

In a slightly damp and musty underground bunker, the inner circle of the Nazi regime gathered. The war was turning against them, and they knew that their time was running out.

In early 1945, the Allies were making significant progress on both the Western and Eastern fronts. The Western Allies, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, were advancing through Germany after the successful D-Day landings in June 1944, codenamed Operation Overlord. Meanwhile, the Soviet Red Army was pushing westward, having liberated much of Eastern Europe from Nazi control.

In December 1944, the Germans launched a desperate counteroffensive in the Ardennes, known as the Battle of the Bulge. Despite initial successes, the Allies eventually repelled the German forces, further weakening their position.

By March 1945, the Western Allies had crossed the Rhine River, a significant natural barrier. The capture of the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen allowed Allied forces to establish a bridgehead on the eastern bank, accelerating their advance into the heart of Germany.

On the Eastern Front, the Soviet Red Army launched the Vistula-Oder Offensive in January 1945, rapidly advancing through Poland and into eastern Germany. 

CIRCLE OF SIX LOGISTICS

The room was dimly lit, the air thick with tension. A small group of men, the highest echelons of the Nazi regime, had gathered to discuss a desperate plan.

"The time has come," Hermann Göring declared, his voice booming across the table. "We must secure our future, and the future of our people."

"The Allied forces are closing in," added Karl Dönitz. "We must act swiftly and decisively."

"I will provide the necessary U-boats," Dönitz continued, "to transport the gold and other valuables to South America."

"There are several tons of gold and crates of gemstones." Advised Boorman.

"I can provide three U-boats to transport our most valuable assets, including the gold."

Erwin Rommel, ever the strategist, offered his expertise. "Once the treasure reaches South America, I will oversee its overland transport to Manaus. We'll use a network of safe houses and trusted contacts."

Martin Borman, the party's chief administrator, took charge of the logistics. "I will coordinate the entire operation," he said, "ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned."

Mengele, a silent observer, listened intently to the discussion. His future, and the future of his research, depended on the success of this daring escape.

"But what of our scientific endeavors?" Mengele asked, his voice filled with urgency. "We cannot abandon our research interim."

"Your work is crucial, Josef," Hitler assured him. "Göring will arrange for special flights to transport you and your team to South America. Modified Focke-Wulf Condor's unt Junkers Ju 52s. Ist das right Herman?"

"Jawhol mien Fuhrer. Unt once you are there," Göring added, "you will establish a new base, a sanctuary for our ideas today. Agreed Josef?"

"Jawhol, Reichsmarschall Göring." And with that, Mengele saluted his obedience.

Hitler, the architect of the Third Reich, sat at the head of the table, his expression grim. "This is our last chance," he said. "We must seize it."

As the discussion unfolded, Hitler and Mengele more observed the proceedings. Hitler, became a silent figure, contemplative - his mind racing with thoughts of a future beyond the war. Mengele, the twisted genius, was eager to escape the impending doom and continue his macabre experiments.

"This is our chance," Mengele whispered to Hitler. "A chance to create a new world, a world free from the shackles of morality."

Hitler nodded, his eyes fixed on the future. "We will survive," he vowed. "We will rebuild."

As the meeting drew to a close, a sense of determination filled the room. The fate of the Nazi regime hung in the balance, but its leaders were determined to survive and rebuild. The escape to South America would be a perilous journey, but it was a gamble they were willing to take.

"Together," Hitler declared, raising his glass, "we will rise again like a Phoenix from the ashes."

THE ESCAPE AGENDA

At each of the seats of the Circle of Six, Martin Boorman, ever the efficient administrator, had an 'Agenda' laboriously reproduced by typewriter, and bound for each member of the group. Complete with their name and seating position.

On seeing the preparations Adolf smiled a little. "Martin, vell done my boy," said Hitler. The rest of the group clicked their boot heels to acknowledge his immaculate forward planning.

The Agenda read thus:

1. The Submarine Voyage

Given the range of U-boats and the strategic importance of the South Atlantic during World War II, a suitable destination for the treasure transfer and personnel would be Argentina's southern coast. Mar del Plata is a prime candidate. It's a major port city, relatively isolated, and with connections to the interior of the country.

2. The Overland Journey

Once the treasure and personnel arrive in Argentina, they would need to be transported to the Amazon basin, specifically to a location near Manaus where our organization has already acquired land. This could be accomplished through a combination of rail and river transport. The Trans-Andean Railway, though challenging, should be used to transport the treasure to the western side of the Andes. From there, it could be shipped down the Amazon River to Manaus.

3. The Aerial Escape

For the scientists and their equipment, air travel is thought to be the most efficient option. However, the Luftwaffe's long-range aircraft, such as the Focke-Wulf Condor, is primarily used for transport and reconnaissance. While they could potentially be modified for a transatlantic flight over and above the Berlin to New York record flight, it would be a risky and challenging endeavor.

A better alternative, or more realistic approach would be to use smaller aircraft, such as the Junkers Ju 52, for shorter hops across to North Africa, and to cross the Atlantic by Condor, to Argentina. These planes could land on remote airstrips in South America. Once in South America, the scientists could then travel by land or water to their final destination. Or by a combination of Ju52 short hops to clearings in the Amazon rainforest

It's important for all of the Circle to note that such a complex operation would require meticulous planning and execution. We need to establish and maintain a network of safe houses, secure transportation routes, and reliable contacts in South America. Any misstep could jeopardize the entire operation. Nobody overseas will have the whole picture. Except Dr Mengele, when he gets there.

The R boats were nine classes of motor minesweepers built for the Nazi German Navy (the Kriegsmarine) from 1929 to the end of World War II. They had standard displacements ranging from 60 to 160 tons and were from 37 to 41 meters in length. Originally armed with one to two 20mm guns they were up-gunned during the conflict, typically to carry six 20mm guns. The classes from R-41 onwards carried an additional 37mm cannon.

THE ESCAPE ROUTE AGENDA

Sea Route for Gold:

- Departure Points, the German ports on the Baltic Sea, included Kiel and Hamburg. Including sending decoys and false Enigma messages.

- Submarine Transit via U-boats are the ideal choice for transporting the gold. They would submerge to avoid detection and resurface in the South Atlantic.

- The destination is the remote ports in Argentina, Mar del Plata or Puerto Madryn. These ports, located on the Atlantic coast, will provide easy access to the interior of the country. And they are neutral as to Axis and Allied powers. Instead, money talks in these regions, and of course the Luger unt Schmeisser Maschinenpistole 40 submachine gun.

Air Route for Mengele and Scientists:

- Given the long-range requirements and the need for stealth, we agreed previously that the most suitable aircraft would be a modified version of the Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor, fitted with long range tanks. This long-range flying boat would transport a significant number of people and equipment from Africa to South America.

- The Circle decided previously to use the Junkers Ju 52, for shorter hops to remote airstrips within South America, such as those in Patagonia or the Amazon rainforest. Since, many of these aircraft are already in use in Argentina and Colombia.

- The initial departure points would be remote airfields in Germany and bases in formerly occupied territory in Norway and France.

- The destination will be the remote airfield in Argentina, El Palomar Airport, located on the outskirts of Buenos Aires.

Transportation of Gold and Gems within Argentina:

Once the treasure and scientists have reached Argentina, they will be transported to their final destination in the Amazon rainforest. This will be accomplished through a combination of methods:

- Using rail transport. Argentina's extensive railway network is to be used to transport the gold and other valuables to interior cities, such as Córdoba or Rosario. There will be armed guards to escort the bullion.

- Using river transport. The Paraná River, one of South America's major waterways, is to be used to transport goods to the Amazon basin.

- By road. Trucks will be used to transport smaller quantities of gold and other valuables over land. The plan in part inspired by the prolific pirate; Captain Henry Morgan, in looting Aztec gold using donkeys. Though, that treasure was never found. The secret location going to the graves of the Governor of Jamaica and the notorious privateer; Blackbeard.

The Final Destination: Manaus

Manaus, a city located deep in the Amazon rainforest, has been scouted as an ideal location for Dr. Mengele and his team to establish a secret research facility. The dense jungle provides excellent cover, making it difficult for authorities to track their activities. The Amazon River will also provide a convenient waterway for transporting supplies and personnel. A high speed boat is already docked and ready for use; a converted motor torpedo boat.

Given the conditions of the Amazon River - its winding currents, dense vegetation, and unpredictable weather - a sturdy, versatile boat is deemed necessary. While our Navy has no boats designed for such conditions, one of our R-boats - Räumboote - has already been adapted. It is a small wooden minesweeper used by our Kriegsmarine. They are sturdy, and maneuverable, and armed with light weapons, is case of trouble with the native indians.

It was a massive operation, but they pulled it off with typically Germanic precision. Any locals opposing, were simply shot and their bodies disposed of. The word spread. Do not give the European migrants carrying weapons any trouble.

And so it was that the Doctor of Death, Josef Mengele, along with his team of researchers, initially found refuge in Argentina. There, under the protection of Juan Domingo Perón's regime, he continued his work, albeit in a more clandestine manner. His findings, though tainted by his horrific past, would eventually contribute to significant medical breakthroughs as predicted by Lord Anubis, God of the afterlife, particularly in the fields of genetics and human physiology.

As Mengele's cohort of scientists and elite guard set up camp, and began the construction of more permanent accommodation, news came in daily as the the Allied advances in Germany.

By April 1945, Soviet forces had reached the outskirts of Berlin. In mid-April 1945, the Soviets began their final assault on Berlin. The city was encircled, and fierce street-to-street fighting ensued. The German defenders, including the remnants of the Wehrmacht, SS units, and Volkssturm (militia), put up a desperate resistance.

By late April, Soviet forces had penetrated deep into Berlin. On April 30, 1945, Adolf Hitler committed suicide in his bunker beneath the Reich Chancellery. The city's defenders continued to fight, but the situation was hopeless.

On May 2, 1945, General Helmuth Weidling, the commander of the Berlin Defense Area, surrendered the city to the Soviets. The formal unconditional surrender of Germany was signed on May 7, 1945, and came into effect on May 8, marking the end of World War II in Europe. the bitter memory of their defeat slowly faded as the years rolled on.

Having licked their wounds for over 80 years, the group of fourth generation survivors, non-Nazi idealists flourished in Brazil, made fresh connections within Columbian drug cartels, enlisted additional skilled scientists, and bought out companies developing clone, biological, medical and computer technology, to become world leaders. The cutting edge of technological development.

BLENDING IN LOCALLY

Many South American countries were politically unstable in the post-war period, which the Inner Circle believed would complicate their plans. For this reason, they assisted Colombian drug cartels, at first investing energies in establishing rapport, helping to build the major cartels, such as the Medellín, Cali, Norte del Valle, and North Coast cartels, who historically controlled large areas within Colombia and had established trafficking routes to the United States, Europe, and other parts of the world.

These cartels had been involved in the cultivation of coca plants, cash crops, the primary ingredient for cocaine and Coca-Cola, and then developed sophisticated methods for smuggling drugs, including the use of semi-submersible vessels, with the assistance of the escaped Nazi submariners.

Amphetamines and methamphetamines were widely used by military forces, including the US and British Royal Air Forces, to enhance performance and combat fatigue. The large-scale cultivation and smuggling operations by Colombian cartels became more prominent in the 1970s and onwards.

The initial years in South America were a period of chaos and adaptation for the fleeing Nazis. They had established a foothold in Argentina, but the lure of wealth and power soon drew them to other parts of the continent.

In Colombia, they discovered a thriving drug trade, controlled by ruthless cartels. The Nazis, with their military discipline and strategic acumen, quickly established themselves as key players in the criminal underworld. They provided training, weapons, and intelligence to the cartels, helping them expand their operations and increase their profits.

However, as time passed, a growing number of scientists, including Mengele, began to question the moral implications of their involvement in the drug trade. They realized that their expertise could be used for more noble purposes, to advance human knowledge and improve the lives of others.

Mengele, the architect of the Nazi's South American enterprise, had initially embraced the lucrative drug trade. The profits were immense, and they fueled the research and development of advanced technologies. However, as the years passed, a sense of moral decay began to creep in. The suffering caused by the drug trade, the addiction, the violence - it all weighed heavily on his conscience.

One evening, as he sat in his secluded laboratory, surrounded by the fruits of his twisted experiments, Mengele was visited by the ghost of his past. The victims of his cruel experiments, their faces etched with pain and despair, haunted his dreams.

"What have I done?" he whispered to himself. "We must end this."

Mengele decided to convene a meeting of the surviving Nazi scientists. A secret meeting was duly convened, bringing together the key figures of the Nazi diaspora.

Mengele, with his cold, calculating mind, spoke first. 

"We have strayed too far from our original purpose," he declared. "Our knowledge should be used to benefit humanity, not to perpetuate suffering."

A younger scientist, a former SS officer, spoke up. "The drug trade has provided us with the resources we need, but it has also corrupted our souls."

Mengele continued, "we have achieved much," he said, his voice filled with both pride and regret. "But at what cost?"

Doctor Death laid out his plan to divest from the drug trade and focus on more legitimate ventures. 

"We have the knowledge, the technology, to build a future free from the shackles of addiction and violence," he declared.

The scientists, many of whom had been disillusioned by the brutality of the drug trade, agreed with Mengele's proposal. They would use their expertise to develop innovative technologies, from advanced medical treatments to cutting-edge weaponry. Their goal was to create a new world order, one dominated by science and technology, not by greed and exploitation.

Others echoed his sentiments. They agreed that it was time to distance themselves from the drug trade and focus on more legitimate ventures. A plan was devised to gradually divest their interests in the cartels, reinvesting their wealth in technology and scientific research. One such acquisition being the CyberCore Genetica, super nano-computer.

It was put to a vote. Mengele proposing, was seconded by the younger former SS officer, and the cohort passed the resolution unanimously. 

The decision to abandon the drug trade was a significant turning point for the ex-Nazis. It marked the end of a dark chapter in their history and the beginning of a new era, one filled with hope and promise. They would focus instead on developing technologies that could benefit humanity. The profits from their illicit ventures would be used to fund legitimate scientific research.

The transition would not be easy. The drug cartels, accustomed to the Nazis' support, would not give up their power without a fight. But the scientists were determined. They would use their intelligence, their cunning, and their ruthless efficiency to secure a future free from the shadows of the past.

As the 1970s dawned, the Nazi influence on the Colombian drug trade tapered to a close. The cartels, while initially resistant to the reduced support levels, eventually accepted the inevitable. The Nazis, once ruthless conquerors, had transformed into a secretive society of scientists and engineers, their dark past hidden beneath a veneer of respectability.

That did not mean abandoning their Amazonian fortress. Far from it, they operated a unit of well trained guards. Slowly whittled down over the years into the new millennium, but nevertheless effective, until the laboratory yielded the results they needed. When security operations were scaled back considerably.

For the first 40 years of virtual exile, the surviving Nazi war criminals carried through, as far as able, the original quest promised to Adolf Hitler in return for his generous funding. But, as old age slowly claimed the lives of the escapees, a new plan evolved to restore power to a 4th New World Order, a Fourth Reich, by invoking the influence of the Egyptian Goddess of life and fertility, Isis, adding that power and intellect to a physically perfect Aryan specimen. Gradually, even this plan fell apart, with a new plan to simply permeate politics to unify like-minded sustainability ideals. Far removed from the original agenda.
