A story as old as time, Cleopatra is returned to life, after her tragic departure.

Having licked their wounds for over 80 years, a group of scientists, that were funded by Nazi gold from World War Two, have flourished in Brazil, made fresh connections within the Columbian drug cartels, enlisted skilled technologists, and bought out companies developing clone, biological and computer technology, to become world leaders. They represented the cutting edge of replication, medical and DNA enhancement technology.
The descendants of the last of Adolf Hitler's high command, the former Inner Circle of Six, were ferried out of a doomed situation to carry forward the Aryan ideals that led to World War Two, and the demise of Nazi Germany. Their plan is far more subtle. Realizing that brute force was no longer a viable option in a global community dependent on trade, energy and food security, they employ technology to infiltrate positions of power, to work from within the ranks of corrupt politicians. Counting on continued dishonesty and empire building aspirations of kleptocrats the world over, far removed from the UN's sustainability development goals, to help them bribe and otherwise ensnare the unwary.
Over the years the Nazi extremists passed away, leaving fresh generations to form new ideals and goals, far removed from those of the war criminals that escaped capture by the skin of their teeth.
Essentially, the knights of Neuwelt Rittertum, aim to fight corruption and planet unfriendly policies with honesty and sustainable goals, that only virtuous candidates of high intelligence and great physical stamina might sustain in the face of cronyism.
Over the years of exile, a plan evolves to restore power to a 4th New World Order, a Fourth Reich, by invoking the influence of the Egyptian Goddess of life and fertility, Isis, adding that power and intellect to a physically perfect Aryan specimen.
The Baron Heinrich Richthofen is chosen by the scientists for his muscular build and intellectual prowess. His frame is enhanced by DNA gene manipulation, using CRISPR and stem cell technology, built on the work of South Korean scientists led by Hwang Woo-Suk. Itself, built on the work of Joseph Mengele, and other German experiments on humans and other animals during World War Two.
The missing ingredient in their plan, is the DNA from a reborn Pharaoh, as a living Goddess. Though this was a stipulation and a promise made by and to Adolf Hitler that has been diluted through time. Their searches for donors coming up blank, as Hatshepsut and Neffertiti eluded archaeologists working on digs in Egypt for the past fifty years. Though cultural thefts obtained during this quest were boosting the Secret Society's coffers, it being a profitable enterprise, that The Blue Shield and UNESCO, working together had been almost powerless to halt. But the thefts had not gone unnoticed. Neuwelt Rittertum were not proud of these tactics, but at least protected the antiquities so acquired for later restitution in a better world. The new world they envisaged.
The New Order, Egyptian, semi-occultist Society watched the work of Zahi Hawass and Kathleen Martinez with bated breath. Waiting to pounce, should they locate the missing Queen of Egypt. Cleopatra being the last to die and so the freshest DNA wise. A prize of inestimable value to the world of Egyptologists and cultural societies the world over. But of potentially greater value to the Fourth Reich proponents, whose flames had been on simmer since 1945. Well over seventy years quietly biding their time and building an unassailable technological lead.
A reborn Cleopatra is seen as the embodiment of life and fertility, as the conduit through which a master race may once again expand and thrive. For this to happen, Baron Richthofen must allow himself to come under the spell of the reincarnated queen, and do her bidding as the equivalent of her 'chosen one,' to consummate a holy union, fused of Aryan and Egyptian-Greek blood. Then to set in motion mass cloning of their vastly superior intellectual bloodline, for to infiltrate key positions in politics, in every country, to eventually populate the world with enhanced human stock, imagining that is guaranteed to them by their intellectual and physical supremacy.
Cleopatra had proven herself extremely adept in the world of politics, mostly able to distract any man from his agendas, as one of the world's most successful seductresses. Though how this was achieved on her physicality's and intellectual prowess had still to be verified, admitted that historically - a great snake charmer she proved to be. An excellent starting point.

PATENT APPLICATION - Franco Francisco files his Claims with the Italian Intellectual Property Office (IPO) in Roma, Italia. CYBERCORE GENETICA - Nano computer technology is purchased at an auction by a semi religious sect, New World Order. INCUBUS - Roberta Ferrara secures the expertise of Franco Francisco for knights of the New World Order: Neuwelt Rittertum. SPLICE - Klaus and Eva von Kolreuter find a way to live forever using cloning technology; Genonimo Investments, Geneva. TREMORS - Cleopatra's feels vibrations after a shift in the tectonic plates triggered a tremor off the coast of Alexandria. PANAMANIAN RUNNING MAN - The secret is out, an enhanced human is spotted running at unbelievable speeds. THE ARK - NeuWelt Rittertum headhunt John Storm seeking access to his genetic DNA map of life on earth, but they fail to reach agreement. MARJORIE BOYLE - Sam Hollis tracks down sexy backpacker, Majorie Boyle, to Brighton Point in Trinidad, beautiful Caribbean Island. THE AMAZON - Charley agrees to meet John & Dan at Manaus, but is a little too inquisitive. OPERATION LEVIATHAN - New World Knights, Klaus and Franco go to Plan 'B' to track and steal the Elizabeth Swann & The Ark DNA database. REPLICANT - The Society reproduce Cleopatra using Francisco's RepliVator™, uploading synapse sequence and implanted memories.
