TAPOSIRIS MAGNA, EGYPT - THE VIRGIN BRIDE

Deep within a secret chamber in the Temple at Taposiris Magna, the Baron and his followers had prepared an altar for the reborn Queen. She was anointed with spiced oils and fragrances befitting the impending ceremony. Cleopatra was dressed in revealing ceremonial robes and given delicious fluids laced with exotic compounds to heighten her pleasure and dull cognizant thought, so as to intensify her famed sensuality.

The Baron took her hand, leading her to the altar, to recline and be ceremonially bound.

The Nile Queen further partook of wine to enhance the pleasures of the flesh, giving herself to the moment.

Then, with a flourish, the Baron knelt before Cleopatra. 

"Your Majesty," he declared, his voice resonating with power, "I pledge my loyalty to you, and to the legacy of our child."

Cleopatra, her gaze fixed on the Baron, reached out and touched his cheek. 

"And I," she replied, her voice low and husky, "pledge to bear you a child, an heir who will shape the destiny of this new age."

As the assembled guests watched in stunned silence, Safiya performed a symbolic ritual, anointing their foreheads with sacred oils. The air crackled with a strange energy, a sense of the divine.

Safiya tied the Nile Queen's ankles and wrists with silk bonds loosely, symbolic of Cleopatra's willingness.

The ceremony, a blend of ancient mysticism and modern technology, was a masterpiece of theatrical spectacle. It had cemented the alliance between Cleopatra and the Baron, not just as a political partnership, but as a union of power, a merging of bloodlines destined to shape the future.

Cleopatra, observing the awestruck faces of the onlookers, felt a surge of power. She had played her cards skillfully, securing a powerful ally while maintaining her own autonomy. The future, she believed, would be a fascinating and challenging journey.

To this treatment, the former queen of Egypt responded well for the purposes of the Baron Richtofen, opening herself up to his advances. Though with limited choices and with some reservations.

Cleopatra, bound by her extremities signified her submissiveness, to which she purred in her intoxicated state.

By the dancing light of the flickering chalice flames, Heinrich Richthofen undressed from his more military attire. Replacing that with a red and white robe with gold braid trims, loosely tied in front, but naked underneath. His amplified shadow cast on the walls behind, adding to the intensity of the drama unfolding.

He dressed in a ceremonial headdress, looted during the Second World War, from the Vatican's Holy Roman Empire collection, harking back to the Second Reich, and Adolf Hitler's dream for a Third Reich, to cement German supremacy in the annals of history.

Those present, also wearing symbolic coverings, but not unclothed, included Musa, Klaus, Rudolf and Franco, positioned each side of the altar, with Safiya at Cleopatra's head, to witness a vivid ceremonial impregnation of the virgin queen. Panama stood on guard away from the immediate action.

The Baron climbed steps leading up to the altar, while his followers chanted a mix of German and Egyptian verses, encouraging a successful union with their incantations. The Baron stepped onto the altar, lowering himself onto the reincarnated Pharaoh queen.

The Baron spoke: "Oh great queen Isis, goddess and giver of life, do you accept me as your chosen one ... "

"I am Isis in human form, giver of life," responded Cleopatra, in an almost trance-like state.

The Baron continued.

".... to father a union of royal Egyptian and Aryan blood to found a superior nobility, bred to lead the world."

"I am the fount of fertility and motherhood, receptive to the furtherance of noble civilizations, led by the children of a blessed union."

The intensity of the incantations increased, to which Cleopatra responded with blurred vision, opening herself to the Baron, but unable to move her arms sufficiently to embrace him. The Baron parted his robes, moving lower, savoring what would be a deposit in the cradle of life.

Anubis and Isis watched with growing concern as the ritual unfolded within the depths of Taposiris Magna. Cleopatra, reborn, stood at the altar, a willing participant in a ceremony that would bind her to Heinrich Richthofen. The gods knew that this union was not in the best interest of the young queen.

"She is still vulnerable, Anubis," Isis said, her voice filled with worry. "Richthofen's influence could corrupt her soul make impure her spirit."

Anubis nodded in agreement. "We must act swiftly. John Storm is approaching, but he needs more time."

Heinrich Richthofen, a man obsessed with ancient Egypt and eternal life, sought to claim the reborn Cleopatra under ancient first rights. The ceremony, a distorted version of ancient Egyptian rites, was nearing its climax.

In the celestial realm, Anubis and Isis watched with growing concern. The reborn Cleopatra, though unaware of her true destiny, seemed content with her role in Richthofen's plan.

"This is not the path she is meant to follow," Isis lamented. "She must be free to choose her own destiny."

Anubis nodded in agreement. "We must intervene, guide her towards her true purpose."

With a thought, they reached out, manipulating the forces of nature, invoking sandy winds that invaded the underground chambers, extinguishing their light source. The priests, unable to complete the ritual with extinguished candles, were forced to slow progression, and re-light the waxy illuminations, brushing a light sand coating from their attire.

As the ritual resumed, the reborn Cleopatra, though seemingly willing - and a natural born deal maker, felt a growing unease, almost as if the gusts that entered the chamber spoke to her. A subtle whisper, a divine nudge, stirred within. She came back from her intoxication with a start, beginning to question the path she was on, to doubt the intentions of her would-be suitor and the assembly surrounding her.

PATENT APPLICATION - Franco Francisco files his Claims with the Italian Intellectual Property Office (IPO) in Roma, Italia.

CYBERCORE GENETICA - Nano computer technology is purchased at an auction by a semi religious sect, New World Order.

INCUBUS - Roberta Ferrara secures the expertise of Franco Francisco for knights of the New World Order: Neuwelt Rittertum.

SPLICE - Klaus and Eva von Kolreuter find a way to live forever using cloning technology; Genonimo Investments, Geneva.

TREMORS - Cleopatra's feels vibrations after a shift in the tectonic plates triggered a tremor off the coast of Alexandria.

PANAMANIAN RUNNING MAN - The secret is out, an enhanced human is spotted running at unbelievable speeds.

THE ARK - NeuWelt Rittertum headhunt John Storm seeking access to his genetic DNA map of life on earth, but they fail to reach agreement.

MARJORIE BOYLE - Sam Hollis tracks down sexy backpacker, Majorie Boyle, to Brighton Point in Trinidad, beautiful Caribbean Island.

THE AMAZON - Charley agrees to meet John & Dan at Manaus, but is a little too inquisitive.

KIDNAP - Charley is taken prisoner but John rescues her, in the process becoming injected with a serum.

SARCOPHAGUS OPENING - The wooden inner casket is opened revealing Cleopatra's mummy, golden crown and death mask, perfectly preserved.

AWAKENING - In the afterlife, the DNA extracted from Cleopatra's mummy triggers a divine stirring with Anubis and Isis comforting the Nile Queen.

REPLICANT - The Society reproduce Cleopatra using Francisco's RepliVator™, uploading synapse sequence and implanted memories.

BRAIN CONDITIONING - Klaus and Franco upload digitally recreated memories in historical order to trigger correct learned synapse firing sequence

REBORN - The former Queen of Egypt speaks for the first time to her creators, proving that her brain is working, the implants succeeded.

FULL STEAM AHEAD - Storm speeds to Thonis, then uses the Swann's AI sensors and the Ark database to find tomb has been plundered.
