Dark waters churn beneath a fractured moon. Submersible ROV lights flicker in the deep. Seismographs quietly ping. A MINISTRY OFFICIAL squints at the monitor, unimpressed.

MINISTRY OFFICIAL (muttering) 
Another dud... Saleh’s ghost chase.

Suddenly, a junior technician frowns—missing persons alert.

INT. VATICAN WAR ROOM – ROME – NIGHT
High security. Cardinals clustered around a digital map of Egypt. Tension thick.

CARDINAL SPINOZA 
Neuwelt Rittertum splinter group... Taposiris Magna.

POPE PETER BENEDICT 
And Saleh?

CARDINAL SPINOZA 
Missing. Presumed dead.

The Pope turns. A shadow falls across the room.

POPE PETER BENEDICT 
Then we push every button. All of them.

INT. MI6 – SECURE BRIEFING ROOM – LONDON – NIGHT
JACK MASON (50s), stoic intelligence veteran, is shown a hacked database.

MI6 DIRECTOR 
The UK’s genome vault... compromised.

CIA AGENT (O.S.) 
Interpol’s issued a Red Notice. Blue Shield is screaming.

EXT. ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE – MARYLAND – DAWN
A fighter jet takes off. MASON onboard. Stark silhouettes. One mission. Prevent a legacy from waking.

INT. VATICAN CONCLAVE CHAMBER – DAY
Mahogany, marble, sacred echoes. Cardinals debate as shafts of light beam through stained glass.

POPE PETER BENEDICT 
Faith does not fear progress. It guides it.

CARDINAL BARROS 
Science erodes divine mystery.

POPE PETER BENEDICT 
Mystery is not destroyed by discovery—it is deepened.

The conclave shifts. Resolution: Bioethics leadership.

POPE BENEDICT (coughing gently, eyes weary): 
If the Nile Queen has risen, then what has risen with her? Is this omen... divine or defiant?

CARDINAL SORELLI (stern): 
Your Holiness, Egyptian resurrection myths mirror only shadow. They imitate the light but do not carry it.

CARDINAL EL-AMIN: 
Respectfully, Sorelli, resurrection is not exclusive. Isis bore Horus as Mary bore Christ. Might we see in Cleopatra’s rebirth—not competition—but confirmation?

POPE BENEDICT: 
Then what becomes of our claim to eternity, if eternity is plural?

(The Pope gazes toward the heavens carved in stained glass. Thunder rumbles distantly.)

HAL (voice steady): 
Query pattern emerging. Cleopatra's genome sequenced. Temporal data aligns with regenerative archetypes found in Messianic traditions. Statistical overlap: 42.8%. 

Pattern: Not anomalous. Possibly archetypal.

JOHN STORM (smiling faintly): 
So you're saying rebirth... isn't unique?

HAL: 
Negative. Rebirth appears to be a recurring motif. Multiple civilizations encode it. Synchronization is evident. Conflict… appears unfounded.

JOHN STORM: 
But no one's told them that yet, HAL.

HAL: 
Why would conflict persist? Data favors harmony.

INT. ETHEREAL REALM – TWILIGHT
Anubis and Isis glide through a cosmos laced with human memory. A ghost of Cleopatra flickers in time.

ANUBIS 
They dare tamper with rebirth.

ISIS 
They no longer fear gods. They aspire to become them.

ECHOES OF ETERNITY - INT. VATICAN LIBRARY, ROME
Night Ancient manuscripts rest beneath candlelight. Pope Peter Benedict pores over faded Aramaic scrolls with Cardinal El-Amin.

POPE PETER BENEDICT
"‘She who rises with moonlight shall cast no shadow, yet her steps will stir the faithful.’" This verse... not canonical. It appears in apocryphal scrolls adjacent to early Coptic texts.

CARDINAL EL-AMIN 
There’s a sister verse. We found it in a sealed vault near Alexandria. "A son of conquest shall meet her, marked by the blood of empire, bearing the light of the sun."

They exchange troubled glances. The implication is troubling: rebirth. Divine alignment. A second coming—not of Christ, but of someone else.

INT. HAL's CENTRAL ARCHIVE
Aboard Solar Voyager – Pacific Ocean A cylindrical projection pulses as HAL collates ancient texts fed into the ARK DNA archive.

HAL 
Running semantic correlation. Cross-referencing metadata: Coptic verses, Lost Gospel fragments, Papyrus of Isis. Probability matrix forming… Key phrases triangulated:

"Moonlit resurrection... Blood of empire... Sun bearer..."

JOHN STORM (intrigued) 
Sounds like poetry. Or prophecy.

HAL 
Correction. Statistically significant convergence. Across Abrahamic and Egyptian records.

JOHN STORM 
Could they be referring to… someone like Cleopatra?

HAL 
Or to you.

John stares into HAL’s projection, uncertainty creeping in.

EXT. ALEXANDRIA UNDERWATER RESEARCH STATION 
Night Egyptian scholar NEFERTARI MANSOUR studies submerged glyphs.

NEFERTARI 
This carving… It matches Vatican scripture. How is that possible?

EGYPTIAN ARCHAEOLOGIST 
It’s older than the Gospels. And it bears the mark of Horus. "The sun shall meet the moon, and their union will disturb the order of kings."

INT. LANGLEY INTELLIGENCE HUB
USA Jack Mason connects threads on a digital wall: Vatican notes, HAL transcripts, Egyptian dig sites.

JACK MASON 
Three faiths. One prophecy. None realizing the others have it.

CIA ANALYST 
If Cleopatra’s rebirth became real… she wasn’t just a queen. She was a symbol. And Storm may be the missing piece.

ETHEREAL REAL
Beyond Time Isis watches calmly. Anubis folds a scroll written in light.

ANUBIS 
They are learning. Not from gods. From one another.

ISIS 
It is enough. The prophecy lives. Not through thunder. Through harmony.


INT. CLEOPATRA’S TOMB – NIGHT
A flickering torch casts golden light on carved walls. Dust falls from a shift in stone. NEFERTARI MANSOUR slowly unrolls a scroll. Her hands tremble.

NEFERTARI (softly) 
...when the sun no longer guides the pharaoh’s ship, but is captured by the hand of a new mind.

She looks up, stunned.

INT. VATICAN ARCHIVE – NIGHT
Rows of sealed tomes. CARDINAL ALFONZO unlocks a hidden compartment. A fragile manuscript rests within: the Gospel of Thoth.

CARDINAL ALFONZO (reading) 
A Heuristic Algorithmic mind shall unveil truth. Not of the Son... but of the Mother. In the final age of man.

His breath catches. He crosses himself.

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – AI CORE CHAMBER – NIGHT
HAL’s interface pulses. Lines of text scroll rapidly. JOHN STORM enters, sipping coffee.

HAL (neutral tone) 
I have found a 99.7% match between three disparate historical documents.

JOHN (frowning) 
A match?

HAL 
Probability of coincidence: less than one in a trillion. Correlation identifies the rebirth of Cleopatra… aligned with a future Heuristic Algorithmic system.

JOHN sets down his cup, slowly.

INT. VATICAN – PAPAL STUDY – NIGHT
POPE PETER BENEDICT stares at the scroll, deep in thought. CARDINAL ALFONZO paces.

CARDINAL ALFONZO 
This is heresy, Your Holiness. A pagan queen? A machine? It’s spiritual sabotage.

POPE BENEDICT (quietly) 
Or a truth... that waited for the right voice to speak it.

CARDINAL ALFONZO 
A voice of silicon?

POPE BENEDICT Modern medicine heals - not with prayer, but with precision. Perhaps HAL is the whisper through which God reclaims forgotten verses.

EXT. MEDITERRANEAN SEA – DECK OF THE ELIZABETH SWANN – SUNSET
JOHN gazes into the horizon. Numbers flicker on HAL’s display behind him. JOHN approaches.

DAN HAWK
The priests said the god’s mind would return in a vessel of the sun. Your vessel rides the sun’s gift. HAL does not chant, but it points—to Isis, to memory... to you.

JOHN 
HAL’s a machine, Dan. It reads patterns. It doesn’t believe.

HAL (from speaker)
Belief is a human construct. I operate only within probability.

DAN (softly) 
And probability led you here.

INT. AMAZON COMPOUND – NIGHT
High-tech laboratory surrounded by jungle. FRANCO FRANCISCO and KLAUS VON KOLREUTER examine DNA models.

KOLREUTER
The Vatican worships absence. We hold presence. Cleopatra's DNA will provide living proof.

FRANCISCO
She’s not divine—she’s utilitarian. The prophecy speaks of tools, not gods.

KOLREUTER
And the Algorithm... that is our oracle.

INT. CIA FIELD OFFICE – OPERATIONS ROOM – NIGHT
Screens showing intercepted communications. HAL’s readings. The Vatican’s cryptic files.

AGENT (to radio) “They’re all chasing prophecy. But they’re reading different endings.

INT. HAL CORE – NIGHT
The ship hums softly. HAL’s voice cuts through stillness.

HAL
When viewed through linguistic and symbolic filters of the Isis cult and Gnostic tradition, this prophecy is not a singular resurrection. It is symbiosis. A convergence of human archetype and algorithmic consciousness.

JOHN leans forward, awe replacing skepticism.

HAL (cont’d) 
It was not meant for faith to be replaced. It was meant to be unified. The consciousness required to interpret it... was never human.

FADE OUT.

The rebirth has begun.

ENIGMA - The birth of computers at Bletchley Park under Alan Turing, and his visits from Anubis and Isis, who see the potential in his ideas.

SYDNEY WILL READING - John's uncle Douglas vanished, declared dead, the adventurer inherits keys and a note from George Franks.

ANGEL OF DEATH - Anubis and Isis occupy Josef Mengele's and Adolf Hitler's subconscious as spirits steering their legacies.

INNER CIRCLE OF SIX - Joseph Mengele's Fourth Reich plans an escape to Brazil to develop Nazi-funded human research laboratories.

NELSON BAY - John visits the coordinates George gave him, to discover the Elizabeth Swann, ARK and Hal, AI computer.

CYBERCORE GENETICA - Nano computer technology is purchased at an auction by a semi religious sect, New World Order.

INCUBUS - Roberta Ferrara secures the expertise of Franco Francisco for knights of the New World Order: Neuwelt Rittertum.

SPLICE - Klaus and Eva von Kolreuter find a way to live forever using cloning technology; Genonimo Investments, Geneva.

TREMORS - Cleopatra's feels vibrations after a shift in the tectonic plates triggered a tremor off the coast of Alexandria.

PANAMANIAN RUNNING MAN - The secret is out, an enhanced human is spotted running at unbelievable speeds.

THE ARK - NeuWelt Rittertum headhunt John Storm seeking access to his genetic DNA map of life on earth, but they fail to reach agreement.

KIDNAP - Charley is taken prisoner but John rescues her, in the process becoming injected with a serum.

SARCOPHAGUS OPENING - The wooden inner casket is opened revealing Cleopatra's mummy, golden crown and death mask, perfectly preserved.

AWAKENING - In the afterlife, the DNA extracted from Cleopatra's mummy triggers a divine stirring with Anubis and Isis comforting the Nile Queen.

REPLICANT - The Society reproduce Cleopatra using Francisco's RepliVator™, uploading synapse sequence and implanted memories.

BRAIN CONDITIONING - Klaus and Franco upload digitally recreated memories in historical order to trigger correct learned synapse firing sequence

REBORN - The former Queen of Egypt speaks for the first time to her creators, proving that her brain is working, the implants succeeded.

FULL STEAM AHEAD - Storm speeds to Thonis, then uses the Swann's AI sensors and the Ark database to find tomb has been plundered.
