Wind rustles through dense Australian forest. JOHN STORM, weathered and curious, hikes along a cliff edge, clutching a faded nautical chart found inside a hand-crafted wooden box.

He halts—staring down at a secluded cove, barely visible through a natural rock arch.

EXT. NELSON'S COVE – CONTINUOUS
John descends into the cove. A vast hangar disguised as a boat shed looms, camouflaged into the cliffs.

Its doors creak open—revealing the Elizabeth Swann.

INT. HANGAR – CONTINUOUS
John steps inside. His breath catches.

A gleaming aluminium vessel, futuristic and sleek. Hydrogen fuel cells line its flanks. Solar panels shimmer subtly under the filtered light.

JOHN (quietly) 
My god...

He circles the vessel. Every piece is labeled, stored, engineered for easy assembly. Douglas planned everything.

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – BELOW DECK – LATER
Inside, John explores. He reaches a climate-controlled chamber. Silence… then a low pulse of light.

A system boots up. Screens blink to life. Soft hum of HAL—the ship’s onboard AI.

In the center, a crystalline cylinder begins to glow. Data scrolls across a display:

DIGITAL DNA ARCHIVE: “THE ARK”

John approaches. He lifts a protective dome—beneath it, a strand of living DNA materializes from a digital file. Synthesized in real time.

His hand trembles. Eyes wide.

INT. COMMUNICATIONS BAY – MOMENTS LATER
John dials GEORGE FRANKS. The connection flickers.

JOHN 
George… I found it. The ship. And something else. A device… It recreates DNA.

Silence. Then George responds.

GEORGE (V.O.) 
Yes, John. I know.

INTERCUT – JOHN & GEORGE
JOHN You knew? All this time?

GEORGE 
Douglas confided in me. He built it for you. He saw your future—safeguarding Earth’s genetic story… maybe beyond Earth.

JOHN 
Interplanetary?

GEORGE 
You were meant to be a kind of Noah. Carrying the code forward. Trusting you wasn’t easy. But he believed in you.

John gazes at the technology. Emotion swells.

JOHN (V.O.) 
He left me a ship. A mission. A legacy... And a warning.

EXT. NELSON'S COVE – SUNSET
John stands beside the Elizabeth Swann, silhouetted by fading light. The ship gleams with potential and responsibility.

His journey is no longer academic. It’s existential.

SELF DESTRUCT SAFEGUARDS

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – CONTROL ROOM – NIGHT
Soft glow from consoles. Screens flash with biometric readings.

JOHN STORM sits in the captain’s chair, eyes scanning data. HAL’s voice, calm and composed, responds as he runs simulations.

HAL (V.O.) 
System optimization at ninety-eight percent. All core modules stable.

JOHN 
You’re a marvel, HAL. But this tech... it’s massive.

INT. BELOW DECK – THE ARK CHAMBER – LATER
John gazes at rows of digital DNA samples, shimmering within banks of storage units. A sense of awe—tinged with unease.

INT. COMMUNICATION BAY – NIGHT
John dials GEORGE FRANKS. The screen flickers as George appears.

JOHN 
George... this is bigger than I thought. If someone got hold of this... twisted it...

GEORGE 
Douglas planned for that. The ship’s cyber security is comprehensive.

INTERCUT – JOHN & GEORGE
GEORGE (CONT’D) For starters—a non-lethal Taser perimeter. Anyone unauthorized gets a shock.

JOHN 
And HAL?

GEORGE 
HAL’s insulated. Quantum-encrypted. He can lock down faster than most AIs can blink.

John exhales, reassured—but George isn’t done.

GEORGE (CONT’D) 
There’s one more thing—the conversion chip. The EPROM.

JOHN 
The heart of it...

GEORGE 
Hardwired with a self-destruct protocol. If compromised—it vaporizes. No second chances. No recovery.

John’s eyes widen. The gravity settles in.

JOHN 
He really thought of everything.

GEORGE 
He trusted you, John. Not just with technology… but with legacy.

EXT. NELSON BAY – SUNSET
John steps out onto the deck. The sun dips into purple-orange waters. He gazes toward the horizon.

JOHN (V.O.) 
He left me HAL. He left me The Ark. He left me a mission. And a warning.

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – HAL'S CORE – NIGHT
HAL’s neural matrix pulses. A screen flashes:

SECURE. MONITORED. READY.

THE ARSENAL: PENDRAGON MERLIN & EXCALIBUR

INT. HENRIETTA’S DINER – SOLDIER’S POINT – MORNING
JOHN STORM sits at the counter, sipping coffee. The scent of maple bacon and eggs drifts through the air. Locals chat softly in the background.

EXT. NELSON’S COVE – DAY
John returns, hiking toward the Elizabeth Swann, nestled in its hidden hangar. His eyes gleam with anticipation.

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – CONTROL ROOM – MOMENTS LATER
Screens flicker with data streams. HAL’s voice hums with serene precision.

JOHN 
HAL, I’m still discovering new systems. It's… overwhelming.

HAL 
My purpose is to assist you, Captain Storm. Please specify your area of inquiry.

JOHN Security. I want to understand the defensive systems.

INT. SECURITY OVERLAY – HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFACE – CONTINUOUS
A glowing map unfurls around John as HAL describes layers of protection.

HAL 
Layer one—Merlin. A perimeter surveillance matrix: radar, sonar, visual sensors. Detection is constant. Adaptive. Threats are tracked in real time.

JOHN 
And when Merlin flags something?

HAL 
Stage one: verbal warning. Stage two: Pendragon.

JOHN 
Pendragon?

HAL 
A non-lethal deterrent system. Directed-energy tasers. It’s inspired by King Arthur—designed to protect, not destroy.

INT. SWANN – REAR ARMORY DISPLAY – MOMENTS LATER
John walks past an array of polished, modular defense gear. HAL’s voice follows.

HAL 
Pendragon can incapacitate individuals—giving you time to respond. Designed for minimal harm.

JOHN 
And if that fails?

HAL 
Then we engage Excalibur.

John pauses. The word hits like a bell.

JOHN 
Excalibur? The sword?

HAL 
In essence. A high-powered pulsed laser. Hull-penetrating. Final line of defense. Only triggered under severe threat.

INT. ELIZABETH SWANN – OBSERVATION DECK – LATER
John stares out across the ocean. The ship is silent but humming with solar energy.

JOHN (V.O.) 
Uncle Douglas built a sanctuary… but also a fortress. His vision was protection, preservation—and hope.

INT. CONTROL ROOM – NIGHT
John sits at the console. He exhales deeply.

JOHN 
Thank you, HAL. This is... a lot to take in.

HAL 
My purpose is to serve you, Captain Storm. All protocols are in place.

JOHN 
HAL... informally—call me John.

HAL 
Duly noted... John.

John chuckles.

JOHN 
I wouldn't want to be the pirate taking on this ship.

WRATH OF THE GODS - 365BC destruction of Thonis and Alexandria, Anubis and Isis watch on in horror as Cleopatra is submerged.

ENIGMA - The birth of computers at Bletchley Park under Alan Turing, and his visits from Anubis and Isis, who see the potential in his ideas.

SYDNEY WILL READING - John's uncle Douglas vanished, declared dead, the adventurer inherits keys and a note from George Franks.

ANGEL OF DEATH - Anubis and Isis occupy Josef Mengele's and Adolf Hitler's subconscious as spirits steering their legacies.

INNER CIRCLE OF SIX - Joseph Mengele's Fourth Reich plans an escape to Brazil to develop Nazi-funded human research laboratories.

AWAKENING - In the afterlife, the DNA extracted from Cleopatra's mummy triggers a divine stirring with Anubis and Isis comforting the Nile Queen.

REPLICANT - The Society reproduce Cleopatra using Francisco's RepliVator™, uploading synapse sequence and implanted memories.

BRAIN CONDITIONING - Klaus and Franco upload digitally recreated memories in historical order to trigger correct learned synapse firing sequence

REBORN - The former Queen of Egypt speaks for the first time to her creators, proving that her brain is working, the implants succeeded.
